As I have said on the home page to this section a 10 Minute Rule Bill is not a serious attempt to change the law - just a chance to make a 10 minute speech!
As I was on the Finance Bill this week I was not in the Chamber to hear the debate or to vote. (there are generally never any votes on these Bills). My views on abortion are set out fully elsewhere on this site.
