Charnwood Local Development Framework

Although this is not the sexiest title you have ever seen please take time to have your say on this document. The plans set out in the Plan will shape the future of the Borough for the medium term future. It is vital that you have your say now - don't wait until it is all agreed and then moan you were not consulted. Too often I get people coming to see me about planning applications for areas which were agreed in the Local Plan. Objecting at the later stage is usually too late.

It is also important to take a strategic view of what is contained in this document. What sort of Borough and town do you want to see? It is up to you. I will certainly be putting forward my views and I urge others to think about doing the same.
