HSBC Bank Closure in Shepshed
I am fighting the closure of the HSBC bank in Shepshed. Whilst it is a commercial decision by a private firm I have appealed to the Chief Executive to stop the closure and think of alternative ways to provide a service.
I have met constituents and will be meeting bosses of HSBC as well as asking questions in Parliament and have met with Banking Minister Ed Balls. I am trying everything humanly possible to urge HSBC to think again or at least set up shred banking services with other banks.
